Das erwartet dich

  • Teamsteuerung & Organisation: Du betreust unser Marketing-Team fachlich und organisatorisch, setzt Prioritäten und steuerst Aufgaben sowie laufende Projekte.
  • Marketingstrategie & Planung: Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst du die Marketingstrategie und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für Markenauftritt, Kampagnen und Budget ab.·
  • Kampagnen & Kommunikation: Du konzipierst, koordinierst und steuerst kanalübergreifende Marketing- und Kommunikationskampagnen (Print, Digital, Social Media, POS, OOH).·
  • Markenführung & Corporate Identity: Du sicherst einen konsistenten Markenauftritt über alle Kanäle und entwickelst die Corporate Identity kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Loyalty & Kundenbindung: Du steuerst und entwickelst unser Loyalty-Programm strategisch und operativ weiter und leitest aus Kunden- und Nutzungsdaten gezielte Maßnahmen zur Kundenbindung und -aktivierung ab.
  • Performance & Reporting: Du überwachst die Performance der Marketingaktivitäten, erstellst Reportings und leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.·
  • Hands-on & Zusammenarbeit: Du bringst Themen eigenständig voran, wirkst aktiv an der Umsetzung mit und arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Agenturen, Dienstleistern und Partnern zusammen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Marketing-Erfahrung und Expertise in Loyalty bzw. Kundenbindung, idealerweise im Handel (Fashion, Lifestyle oder Schuhe).
  • Du denkst strategisch, setzt klare Prioritäten und entwickelst Marketingkonzepte, die Marke und Geschäftserfolg stärken.
  • Du überzeugst mit Ideenreichtum, Trendgespür und einem sicheren Blick für wirkungsvolle Kommunikation – von Social Media bis POS.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten Timings, Budgets und Schnittstellen im Blick.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CMS-, Analyse- und CRM-Systemen.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
