  • Filialsteuerung: Du unterstützt die Filialleitung im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit die Verantwortung für die Filiale.
  • Führung & Entwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der Führung des Teams, motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden und entwickelst sie im Tagesgeschäft weiter.
  • Personaleinsatz planen: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und optimalen Einsatzplanung des Teams.
  • Kennzahlen & Ziele: Du behältst relevante Kennzahlen im Blick und unterstützt dabei, die Verkaufs- und Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
  • Service & Performance: Du optimierst kontinuierlich Warenpräsentation, Kundenservice und Flächenperformance in deiner Filiale.
  • Verkauf: Du stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher und packst im Verkauf aktiv mit an.
  • Filialaktionen: Du setzt Promotion- und Marketingmaßnahmen konsequent um.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Schuh-, Fashion- oder Lifestylebereich.
  • Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung oder möchtest den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führung gehen.
  • Du hast Freude daran, dein Team zu motivieren, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, unternehmerisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Retail, Trends und kundenorientierten Verkauf.
  • Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative.
  • Du hast Kennzahlen im Blick und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und trittst auch in herausfordernden Situationen sicher auf.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens auf dem Sprachniveau C1.
