Tööülesanded: SINU ÜLESANDED SELLES ROLLIS: Tehnoloogiate ja protsesside arendamine: Leht- ja torumaterjalist detailide ning koostude valmistamise tehnoloogiate väljatöötamine, juurutamine ja optimeerimine.

CAM-keskkonna ja tarkvaralahenduste arendamine: Lõike- ja painutusprogrammide koostamise standardiseerimine, CAM-protsesside arendamine ning programmeerimise tõhustamine.

Robotiseerimine ja automatiseerimine: Robotpainutuskeskuste ja automatiseeritud tootmisprotsesside juurutamine, programmeerimine, seadistamine ning tõhususe tõstmine.

Tootmise tehnoloogiline ettevalmistus: Leht- ja torumaterjali laserlõikuse ning käsi- ja robotpainutuse tööoperatsioonide, seadistuste ja tehnoloogiliste parameetrite määramine ning parendamine.

Tootmisjooniste analüüs ja toodete valmistatavuse hindamine: Tehniliste jooniste kriitiline hindamine, et tagada detailide optimaalne ja efektiivne tootmine automaat- ja robotseadmetel.

Tehnoloogiline dokumentatsioon: Tööjuhendite, ja protsessikirjelduste koostamine ning ajakohastamine.

Uute toodete juurutamine: Uute toodete ning tehniliste lahenduste tootmisse viimine tihedas koostöös tootearendusmeeskonnaga.

Tootmise toetamine ja koolitamine: Tehniliste probleemide, praagi ja kvaliteedihälvete põhjuste analüüsimine, lahenduste leidmine ning tootmistöötajate ja operaatorite juhendamine.

Pidev arendustöö: Ettepanekute tegemine tootmise efektiivsuse, tööohutuse, kvaliteedi ja ergonoomia parandamiseks.

Omalt poolt pakume: OMALT POOLT PAKUME: Mitmekülgset ja vastutusrikast inseneritööd, kus Sinu teadmised ja automatiseerimis-ideed jõuavad päriselt tootmisesse; Võimalust olla teerajajaks kaasaegsete laser- ja robotpainutustehnoloogiate ning CAM-süsteemide arendamisel tuntud Eesti kaubamärkide tootmises; Eneseteostusvõimalust ja vabadust oma valdkonnas iseseisvalt tegutseda ning töökorraldust parendada; Koostööd kogenud ja toetava meeskonnaga Arenguvõimalusi uuenduslike tootmistehnoloogiate ja automatiseerimise valdkonnas; Stabiilset töösuhet, konkurentsivõimelist töötasu, autokompensatsiooni ning ettevõtte töötajatele mõeldud tervise- ja heaolutoetusi ja muid soodustusi.

Muud nõuded: OOTAME KANDIDAADILT:Tehnilist kõrgharidust (soovitavalt masinaehituse, mehaanika, mehatroonika või tootmistehnoloogia valdkonnas); Kogemust tootmisinseneri, tehnoloogi või CAM-programmeerijana metallitöötlemise valdkonnas ning head praktilist arusaama metallitöötlemise tehnoloogiatest; Kogemust robotiseeritud tootmislahenduste ja/või robotpainutussüsteemide rakendamisel ja programmeerimisel; Tugevat praktilist kogemust CAM-tarkvarade ja CAD-programmide kasutamisel (soovitavalt Solid Edge’i tundmist); Oskust lugeda ja analüüsida tehnilisi jooniseid ning leida parimad lahendused toodete efektiivseks tootmiseks robot-ja automaatseadmetel; Analüütilist ja süsteemset mõtlemist, algatusvõimet ning oskust lahendada tehnilisi probleeme iseseisvalt; Eesti ja inglise keele oskust, kasuks tuleb vene keele oskus; Täpsust, korrektsust ja head koostööoskust tootmis- ning arendusmeeskonnaga suhtlemisel.
