Tööülesanded: ASi Metrosert meeskonnaga on oodatud liituma hankespetsialist, kelle peamine ülesanne on riigihangete õiguspärane ja tõhus läbiviimine. Sinu peamised ülesanded: - Riigihangete planeerimine ja läbiviimine, sh hankeplaani täitmise jälgimine, vajalike hanke alusdokumentide koostamine ning riigihangete registris toimingute tegemine. - Hankekomisjonide töö koordineerimine ning komisjoni otsuste koostamine. - Hankelepingute projektide koostamine vastavalt kandidaadi erialasele pädevusele ning lepingute sõlmimise korraldamine. - Kolleegide nõustamine riigihangete läbiviimisel. - Ettevõtte väikehangete läbiviimise süsteemi ühtlustamine ning töötajate toetamine väikehangete läbiviimisel.

Muud nõuded: Ootused meie tulevasele meeskonnaliikmele:- Vähemalt 3-aastast töökogemust riigihangete läbiviimisel, sh kogemust riigihangete registri kasutamisel. - Valdkonna õigusliku regulatsiooni, sh riigihangete seaduse, ning õiguspraktika põhjalikku tundmist. - Eesti keele oskus kõnes ja kirjas, inglise keele oskus kesktasemel. - Kohusetundlikkust, korrektsust, täpsust, usaldusväärsust. - Head ajaplaneerimise ja enesejuhtimise oskust. - Valmisolekut töötada nii meeskonnas kui ka iseseisvalt. - Kasuks tuleb õigusalane baasharidus (nt bakalaureusekraad) või head teadmised võlaõigusseadusest.
