Tööülesanded: Soovid panustada Tallinna ühistranspordi toimimisse jahoolitseda selle eest, et meie kinnisvara tehnosüsteemid töötaksid tõrgeteta?

TLT otsib oma meeskonda tehnovorkude vanemtehnikut, kes vastutab hoonete vee-, kanalisatsiooni-, kütte-, ventilatsiooni- ja jahutussüsteemide korrashoiu eest.

Sinu peamised ülesanded:

• tagad vee-, kanalisatsiooni-, kütte-, ventilatsiooni- ja jahutussüsteemide nõuetekohase ning tõrgeteta toimimise; • teostad tehnosüsteemide hooldus- ja remonditöid; • tuvastad ja kõrvaldad rikkeid ning avariisid; • jälgid süsteemide tehnilist seisukorda ning teed ettepanekuid remonttöödeks ja süsteemide kaasajastamiseks; • korraldad vajadusel lepingupartnerite kaasamist, juhendad neid ning kontrollid teostatud tööde kvaliteeti; • dokumenteerid hooldus-, remondi- ja avariitöid ettevõtte tarkvarades ning hoolduspäevikutes.

Omalt poolt pakume: • võimalust panustada ettevõtte tehnosüsteemide arendamisse ja töökindluse tagamisse; • toetavat ja koostööle suunatud meeskonda; • stabiilset töösuhet; • 35 kalendripäeva puhkust aastas; • ettevõtte soodustusi ja hüvesid.

Muud nõuded: • vähemalt kesk-eriharidust tehnilisel või erialasel õppekaval; • töökogemust kinnisvara või tehnovõrkude valdkonnas; • teadmisi hoonete vee-, kanalisatsiooni-, kütte-, ventilatsiooni- ja jahutussüsteemidest; • arvuti kasutamise oskust kesktasemel; • eesti keele oskust kõrgtasemel ning vene keele oskust suhtlustasemel; • B-kategooria juhiloa olemasolu; • ausust, korrektsust, tehnilist taiplikkust, kohusetunnet ja head koostööoskust.
