The posting

Al 40 jaar ontwerpt en bouwt Aktual unieke standen en interieurs in binnen- en buitenland (ja, onze projecten reiken ver!). We staan bekend om onze creativiteit, vlotte communicatie en perfecte afwerking. Aktual is een sfeervol familiebedrijf, dat een dertigtal collega’s telt.

Om ons team verder uit te breiden, zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Projectmanager.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

Als Sales Projectmanager onderhoud en versterk je in de eerste plaats de relaties met onze bestaande klanten. Ook zal je deels op zoek gaan naar nieuwe kansen binnen de markt. Met je commerciële flair en strategisch inzicht zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten keer op keer enthousiast zijn over onze projecten.

  • Zorgen voor duurzame en succesvolle klantrelaties: Je voelt feilloos aan wat klanten nodig hebben en zorgt voor op maat gemaakte oplossingen;
  • Projecten coördineren: Je werkt nauw samen met ons designteam en projectvoorbereiders om alles vlot en volgens plan te laten voorlopen. Je volgt je projecten van A tot Z op en bewaakt de deadlines;
  • Projectadministratie: Je staat in voor een nauwkeurige documentatie van de lopende projecten, het maken van calculaties en opstellen van offertes,…;
  • Nieuwe zakelijke kansen spotten: Dankzij prospectie, netwerken en marktonderzoek breng je ons bedrijf nog verder.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en krijgt veel autonomie in je rol.

Onze ideale kandidaat?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in B2B-sales, en dit binnen interieur, de projectmarkt of eventwereld;
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Je bent een ferm organisatietalent: je houdt het overzicht, werkt gestructureerd en schakelt vlot tussen taken;
  • Je weet zelfstandig en pragmatisch aan de slag te gaan, maar je vindt het ook fijn om met verschillende teams samen te kunnen werken;
  • Je hebt een positieve, proactieve mindset en denkt in oplossingen.
