Aktuell suchen wir 1 Back-Office-Mitarbeiter_in

Ihre Aufgaben

* Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und laufender Zahlungsvorgängen

* Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen sowie Durchführung interner Debitoren- und Kreditoren Buchhaltung

* Vorbereitung buchhalterischer Unterlagen und Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Durchführung diverser Recherchen zur Erstellung von Statistiken

* Durchführung von Angebotsanalysen, Auswertungen und allg. Verwaltungstätigkeiten

* Reklamationsabwicklung sowie Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Etiketten mithilfe von Grafikprogrammen

* Schnittstelle zwischen diversen Lagerstandorten, Lieferanten und Spediteuren

* Stammdatenpflege in CRM- und SAP-Systemen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Backoffice

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel

* Deutsch-(B1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Grafikprogrammen (z.B. CorelDraw, AI) von Vorteil
