mit Schichtbereitschaft und Erfahrung

Ihr Profil:

· abgeschlossene technische Lehrausbildung als Mechatroniker / Schlosser / Zerspanungstechniker / Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

· mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

· Erfahrung in der mechanischen Montage von Maschinen und Anlagen

· bestenfalls Erfahrung in der Überarbeitung und Instandsetzung von Maschinen

· verstehen technischer Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Montageunterlagen

· guter Umgang mit gängigen Hand-, Mess- und Montagewerkzeugen

· grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Hydraulik und Pneumatik von Vorteil

· Schichtbereitschaft

· der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

· selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Aufbau und Zusammenbau von Extrusionsmaschinen, Nachfolgen und Extrusionswerkzeugen gemäß technischer Vorgaben

· Montage und Anpassung mechanischer Baugruppen und Maschineneinheiten

· Pass-, Ausricht- und Einstellarbeiten an Maschinenkomponenten

· Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Montage unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Qualitätsstandards

· Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmevorbereitung der Maschinen und Anlagen

· Umbauten, Modernisierung und Nachrüstung

· Überarbeitung der Gebrauchtmaschinen

· Montage von Baugruppen

· Qualitätssicherung

· Wartung- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

· Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
