Responsabilidades

* Realizar montagem de produtos e componentes em linha de produção no sistema esteira; * Seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos; * Executar inspeções visuais e testes básicos durante o processo produtivo; * Garantir a organização, limpeza e conservação do posto de trabalho; * Cumprir metas de produção, qualidade e produtividade; * Utilizar corretamente equipamentos, ferramentas e EPIs; * Identificar e comunicar não conformidades, falhas ou oportunidades de melhoria no processo;

Requisitos

* Ensino Médio completo; * Experiência anterior em linha de produção, preferencialmente em montagem eletrônica, equipamentos médicos ou indústria regulada; * Boa coordenação motora e habilidade manual; * Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e em ambiente com metas de produtividade; * Atenção concentrada e foco em qualidade; * Morar no ABC ou proximdidades

* Organização e disciplina; * Comprometimento e responsabilidade; * Agilidade e atenção aos detalhes; * Proatividade; * Comunicação clara; * Facilidade de adaptação a processos e rotinas.
