🐼 POURQUOI PRÉVENIR

Prévenir est un nouveau Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Interentreprises (SPSTI) en Île-de-France.

Notre ambition est de repenser la santé au travail pour améliorer l'impact sur la vie des salariés et l'expérience des professionnels de santé, en s'appuyant sur les moyens technologiques d'Alan.

Notre premier centre médical a ouvert ses portes au 117 Quai de Valmy (Paris 10ᵉ) et ce n'est que le début !

💉 LE POSTE, CONCRÈTEMENT

Vous êtes IDEST au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire (médecins du travail, ASST, IPRP) avec laquelle vous co-construisez la pratique de Prévenir. Votre temps se répartit entre :

- Visites individuelles, en présentiel au centre de Valmy (Paris 10e) et en distanciel, sous protocole de délégation avec le médecin du travail, repérage précoce des situations à risque (désinsertion, RPS, addictions)

- Actions de prévention en milieu professionnel pendant le tiers temps dédié : interventions individuelles et collectives, webinaires thématiques (TMS, RPS, hygiène de vie, écrans…), supports digitaux, parcours de prévention innovants

- Innovation et amélioration continue : test et déploiement de nouveaux outils numériques en santé au travail, conseil à l'équipe Prévenir sur les outils et procédures à déployer, contribution à l'optimisation des protocoles, etc.

- Selon l'expérience : participation à la cellule PDP, prise en charge de visites de reprise et visites à la demande sous protocole de délégation.

CE QUI CHANGE VS. UN SPSTI CLASSIQUE :

- Une équipe pluridisciplinaire à co-construire. Vous ne rejoignez pas un service figé : vous participez à dessiner la place de l'IDEST chez Prévenir, les protocoles de délégation avec les médecins, et les passerelles avec ASST et IPRP

- Des outils numériques co-construits avec vous. Une équipe d'ingénieurs et de designers Alan développe avec les soignants les outils dont ils ont besoin — DMST, parcours de prévention, supports de webinaires, expérimentations IA

- Le mix présentiel / distanciel pensé comme un atout métier. Vous voyez les salariés et les entreprises sur le terrain quand c'est utile, et vous gardez le temps et les outils pour faire de la prévention de qualité à distance le reste du temps

👤 LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Indispensable :

- Diplôme d'État d'infirmier·e

- Formation en santé au travail (DIUST, AFOMETRA ou équivalent)

- 3 ans d'expérience en santé au travail après DIUST

- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les salariés et les adhérents

Idéalement :

- Goût pour le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et la co-construction

- Curiosité pour les outils numériques et l'IA appliqués à la pratique soignante

- Aisance pour animer un webinaire ou un atelier collectif, en présentiel comme en visio

💚 CE QU'ON OFFRE

- Lieu : 117 quai de Valmy (Paris 10ᵉ) - dans un centre tout neuf, pensé pour la qualité de l'exercice médical

- Rémunération de 35 000 € à 50 000 € par an, selon profil
