Was du konkret tust

  • Expansion vorantreiben: Du identifizierst systematisch Wachstumschancen in deinem Kundenportfolio – durch Upselling, Cross-Selling und die Erschließung neuer Geschäftsbereiche innerhalb bestehender Accounts. Du arbeitest mit klaren Umsatzzielen und verantwortest die Revenue-Expansion deiner Kunden.
  • Bestandskunden strategisch betreuen: Du verantwortest ein Portfolio von Enterprise-Kunden in der DACH-Region und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf.
  • Vertragsverlängerungen eigenständig führen: Du steuerst Renewals end-to-end und sicherst nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum.
  • C-Level-Beziehungen aufbauen: Du etablierst Beziehungen auf VP- und C-Level-Ebene und positionierst Alasco als strategischen Partner. Mit Account-Plänen entwickelst du langfristige Strategien gemeinsam mit Produkt, Customer Engineering und Marketing.
  • Markt-Feedback ins Produkt bringen: Du identifizierst Kundenbedürfnisse und gibst diese strukturiert an unser Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam weiter.
  • Vision kommunizieren: Du vertrittst Alascos Vision einer digitalisierten Bau- und Immobilienbranche souverän auf allen Ebenen der Kundenorganisation.

Was du mitbringst

Must-haves

  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit nachweisbaren Verhandlungserfolgen auf VP-/C-Level-Ebene
  • Erfahrung im Management komplexer Kundenorganisationen mit vielen internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Argumentationsfähigkeit auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
  • Erfahrung im SaaS-Vertrieb
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils mind. C1)

Nice-to-haves

  • Branchenkenntnisse in der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche oder Beratungserfahrung
