The posting

Part-time freelance | Small Groups

Do people describe you as a storyteller? Are you the friend who always ends up explaining the history, recommending the hidden café, or connecting the dots? Do you love Stockholm — not just the postcard version, but the layers beneath it?

Then keep reading.

About Amitylux

Amitylux is a multi-award-winning boutique travel company creating high-touch, personal guided experiences across the Nordics and the UK. We focus on small groups, meaningful conversations, and experiences that feel natural rather than scripted. Our tours are relaxed, human, and built around connection. We value calm, confident leadership. We value thoughtful storytelling that adapts to the group. We value presence, awareness, and reading the room. Our guests come from all over the world — from curious leisure travellers to corporate and VIP groups. What they all appreciate is authenticity, quality, and a genuine sense of welcome rather than being processed.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Can turn strangers into friends within a few hours
  • Feel comfortable leading while staying warm and approachable
  • Have lived in Stockholm long enough to truly understand it
  • Plan to stay and grow here
  • Speak fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
  • Enjoy walking and being outdoors
  • Understand that guiding is both performance and hospitality

This is not about memorising dates. It’s about creating a feeling people remember.

What You’ll Experience With Us

  • A supportive, high-standard team culture
  • Autonomy and trust
  • The chance to meet people from around the world
  • The opportunity to grow your leadership and storytelling skills
  • Being part of a brand that cares deeply about guest experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
