Vous appréciez le contact client, la vente et le suivi de dossiers de A à Z ? Pour notre client basé dans le Nord Vaudois, nous recherchons une personne dynamique et organisée pour rejoindre son équipe de vente interne dans le cadre d'un poste fixe à 100%, avec une entrée en fonction à convenir.

Description du poste --------------------

  • Conseiller les clients sur les produits et services adaptés à leurs besoins.
  • Assurer quotidiennement la vente téléphonique active.
  • Traiter, suivre et analyser les commandes des clients attribués.
  • Collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
  • Établir des offres et assurer les différentes tâches administratives liées aux dossiers.
  • Accueillir les clients et gérer les encaissements.
  • Traiter les retours et réclamations et effectuer les corrections nécessaires.

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Formation dans la cuisine ou la boulangerie, et/ou formation commerciale.
  • Réel intérêt pour la vente, avec l'envie de développer vos connaissances.
  • Très bon niveau de français ; l'allemand parlé et écrit constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques : ERP, Word, Excel et Outlook.
  • Sens du service et goût pour le travail en équipe.
  • Personnalité organisée, rigoureuse et fiable, capable de gérer les priorités et de mener les dossiers jusqu'au bout.
  • Bonne résistance au stress ; idéalement, domicile situé à proximité
