Pour renforcer son équipe, notre client, basé dans la région de Vevey, recherche employé.e de commerce à 40%, qui apprécie le contact clients, la polyvalence et les environnements où chacun contribue concrètement au bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.

Description du poste --------------------

Vous serez au cœur de la vie administrative de l'entreprise et un point de contact privilégié pour ses clients et partenaires. Vous assurerez la tenue du secrétariat, l'accueil physique et téléphonique, le traitement du courrier ainsi que les correspondances internes et externes. Votre quotidien sera également rythmé par la rédaction de devis et de factures, ainsi que par l'ouverture, le suivi administratif et l'archivage des dossiers de chantiers. Un poste varié pour une personne qui aime jongler entre plusieurs sujets et être véritablement utile à son équipe.

Les jours de travail souhaités sont le lundi et le mercredi.

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé(e) de commerce et disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction.

Vous possédez une excellente orthographe, aimez rédiger et maîtrisez très bien les outils Microsoft Office. La connaissance d'Enneasoft constitue un plus.

Vous habitez la région de Vevey ou ses environs.

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ces quelques mots : organisé(e), autonome, polyvalent(e), responsable et proactif(ve). Au\-delà des compétences, nous recherchons surtout une personnalité agréable et sociable, qui aime prendre des initiatives et qui a envie de s'investir dans un nouvel environnement professionnel, idéalement pour du long terme.
