Name of Authority: Northoaks Primary School

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027; deployment is during required school days from January to November, with no December service.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Both personnel: Mondays and Tuesdays, 7:10am to 3:00pm; Wednesdays, 7:10am to 1:30pm; Thursdays and Fridays, 7:10am to 4:00pm.

• Each day includes a one-hour lunch break (approximately 34.67 working hours per week).

• No service on weekends, gazetted public holidays, public-holiday off-in-lieu days or school holidays, including the March, June, September and December holiday periods.

• Also excluded: one eAdmin Day, two PSLE Oral days, one PSLE Listening Comprehension day, three consecutive PSLE marking days, one Acorn Day and Primary 1 Start-of-Year Day 1.

• Schedules and duties may be adjusted to meet school operational needs.

Requirements:

• At least two GCE O-Level passes, including English, or a completed full Nitec qualification, or equivalent.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain firm, patient and professional boundaries with students are preferred.

• At least one year of student-engagement and management experience in a primary school is preferred.

• Applicants with Singapore Police Force service experience may also apply.

Job Scopes:

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Conduct area supervision and walkabouts to proactively support appropriate student behaviour and school safety.

2. Assemble and supervise students during detention, reflection sessions and community service, maintaining an orderly and meaningful environment.

3. Assist Key Personnel with incident management through preliminary conversations and compilation of relevant school records.

4. Support school events and student-development programmes.

5. Maintain professional boundaries and use supportive, restorative approaches in interactions with students.

6. Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel within stipulated working hours.
