Consultor de Serviços / Consultor Técnico de Pós-Vendas

Principais atividades

  • Recepcionar e acolher clientes, identificando suas necessidades e encaminhando-os aos setores responsáveis.
  • Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico, prestando informações sobre produtos, serviços, prazos e procedimentos da oficina.
  • Realizar a abertura, preenchimento, acompanhamento e fechamento das Ordens de Serviço (OS), garantindo o correto registro das informações.
  • Realizar a inspeção inicial do veículo e o preenchimento do Check List de entrada, incluindo a conferência junto ao mecânico do Check List Comercial.
  • Identificar os serviços necessários no veículo, elaborar orçamentos e apresentar as soluções ao cliente, realizando negociações e finalizando a venda dos serviços.
  • Orientar tecnicamente o cliente sobre reparos necessários ou recomendados, sugerindo serviços adicionais quando aplicável.
  • Garantir a correta execução das revisões conforme as fichas de manutenção específicas de cada veículo.
  • Programar os serviços da oficina em conjunto com o agendamento e o mestre de oficina, estabelecendo e acompanhando os prazos de entrega.
  • Acompanhar a execução dos serviços e comunicar previamente ao cliente qualquer alteração ou atraso no prazo acordado.
  • Priorizar e acompanhar casos de retorno de serviço, garantindo atenção até a resolução do problema e a entrega do veículo.
  • Controlar processos relacionados a ações de troca, saneamento e atualização de produtos.
  • Autorizar a retirada de peças mediante requisições de materiais, zelando pela utilização e substituição somente dos itens necessários.
  • Garantir que nenhum veículo seja liberado sem a documentação fiscal necessária e acompanhar a emissão das notas fiscais dos serviços realizados pela oficina.
  • Obter as devidas assinaturas do responsável pelo veículo nos orçamentos, Ordens de Serviço e documentos fiscais.
  • Realizar a entrega do veículo reparado, explicando ao cliente os serviços realizados e os respectivos custos.
  • Acompanhar e prestar suporte aos processos de atendimento do Mercedes Assistance.
  • Negociar e acompanhar o pagamento dos serviços quando necessário.
  • Atender e solucionar situações críticas, buscando resolver de forma adequada ocorrências envolvendo clientes insatisfeitos, nervosos ou irritados.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e higiene da recepção e do ambiente de atendimento.
  • Auxiliar os demais departamentos sempre que necessário, mantendo boa comunicação e integração entre as áreas.
  • Participar de reuniões, treinamentos e demais atividades de desenvolvimento quando convocado.
  • Dirigir veículos da empresa, quando devidamente habilitado, respeitando as normas internas de segurança e a legislação de trânsito.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo; desejável Ensino Superior ou Técnico em áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em concessionárias ou oficinas automotivas.
  • Conhecimento em processos de oficina, manutenção e serviços automotivos será considerado um diferencial.
  • CNH categoria B válida.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de negociação.
  • Perfil orientado para atendimento e satisfação do cliente.
