Relevant du Superviseur Exploitation Maintenance , vous contribuez à maximiser la fiabilité et la disponibilité des équipements en prenant en charge les défaillances majeures, les bris récurrents et les stratégies de maintenance préventive. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production et de maintenance afin d'améliorer la performance des actifs, réduire les coûts d'entretien et soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue.

Principales responsabilités

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de maintenance optimales en tenant compte de la criticité des équipements, des pièces de rechange et des activités d’entretien requises.
  • Optimiser les programmes de maintenance préventive et prédictive en appliquant les principes de la maintenance axée sur la fiabilité.
  • Déployer et maintenir les processus de fiabilité, incluant la surveillance de la santé des équipements et les démarches structurées de résolution de problèmes.
  • Réaliser des audits des équipements critiques, élaborer des plans d’action et assurer le suivi des résultats afin d’améliorer la performance des actifs.
  • Analyser les données de maintenance et de production pour identifier les tendances, les écarts, les causes fondamentales de défaillances et recommander des solutions durables.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et les experts externes au besoin afin de soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration continue et l’intégration de nouvelles technologies de maintenance.

Ce que vous apportez au rôle

  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique, génie mécanique ou génie industriel, vous permettant d’apporter une solide compréhension des systèmes industriels et des pratiques d’ingénierie.
  • De trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier, contribuant à votre capacité à analyser et résoudre des problématiques complexes.
  • Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Excellentes habiletés en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en amélioration continue pour soutenir la fiabilité des équipements et la prise de décision.
  • Leadership mobilisateur, aptitude à communiquer efficacement et à travailler en collaboration avec de multiples intervenants afin de favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs communs.
  • Forte culture en santé et sécurité, combinée à une approche rigoureuse, proactive et orientée vers les résultats dans un environnement opérationnel.

Atouts

  • Connaissance des processus de maintenance et des outils d’amélioration continue.
  • Connaissances de base des procédés de production d’aluminium.
  • Expérience en milieu industriel syndiqué.
  • Anglais fonctionnel requis pour prendre part à des réunions avec différents sites de l’organisation.
