Resumo da Posição

O Arquiteto Digital AVS é responsável por liderar iniciativas de conectividade e interoperabilidade entre os produtos Alcon Vision Suite (AVS) e dispositivos médicos conectados. Esta posição trabalha em estreita colaboração com clientes, organizações de saúde e equipes internas para implementar integrações bem-sucedidas, solucionar desafios técnicos e garantir uma comunicação eficiente entre sistemas médicos e redes de saúde.

A função combina gerenciamento de projetos, consultoria técnica e atividades voltadas ao cliente, exigindo sólida experiência em padrões de interoperabilidade em saúde, redes de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Liderar integrações com clientes utilizando padrões de interoperabilidade em saúde, como DICOM, HL7 e FHIR, além de protocolos de conectividade de rede.
  • Gerenciar projetos de integração desde a fase inicial até a implementação, garantindo o cumprimento de cronogramas, entregas e expectativas das partes interessadas.
  • Solucionar e resolver problemas de conectividade, redes e interoperabilidade relacionados a dispositivos médicos e soluções de software.
  • Colaborar com equipes comerciais, técnicas e de atendimento ao cliente para apoiar instalações e aprimorar a experiência dos clientes.
  • Ministrar apresentações técnicas, treinamentos e comunicações para públicos técnicos e não técnicos.

Qualificações e Requisitos

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência nos setores de saúde, dispositivos médicos ou tecnologia para saúde.
  • Experiência com DICOM, HL7, FHIR, redes TCP/IP ou integrações de sistemas de saúde.
  • Proficiência profissional em inglês e português, com capacidade para participar de reuniões internacionais e discussões com clientes.
  • Fortes habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos, resolução de problemas e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Experiência na resolução de problemas de redes, conectividade de dispositivos médicos ou ambientes corporativos de TI.

Viagens

  • Aproximadamente 25% de viagens internacionais, incluindo participação em congressos, visitas a clientes (2 a 3 dias por visita) e treinamentos realizados duas vezes por ano.
