Voor ons huifvervoer in Pelt zoekt Altrea Logistics Group een ervaren transportplanner die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en meedenkt over hoe het beter kan.

Jij maakt van losse opdrachten een sterke planning

Je organiseert en volgt nationale en internationale huiftransporten op. Je zorgt dat chauffeurs en materieel efficiënt worden ingezet en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op duidelijke afspraken.

Je kijkt verder dan de eerstvolgende rit. Je ziet kansen om transporten slim te combineren, lege kilometers te beperken en de beschikbare capaciteit goed te benutten. Bij wijzigingen schakel je snel en houd je alle betrokkenen op de hoogte.

Concreet:

  • Je stelt de dagelijkse transportplanning op en stuurt die bij.
  • Je combineert opdrachten tot haalbare en rendabele ritten.
  • Je houdt rekening met capaciteit, rij- en rusttijden en laad- en losafspraken.
  • Je begeleidt chauffeurs en helpt hen bij operationele vragen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en collega’s over transportafspraken en wijzigingen.
  • Je verwerkt transportgegevens correct in het TMS.
  • Je denkt mee over de optimalisatie van routes, samenwerking en werkprocessen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner en voelt je thuis in het wegtransport.
  • Ervaring met internationaal huifvervoer is een sterke troef.
  • Je combineert organisatietalent met inzicht in kosten en dienstverlening.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen, communiceert duidelijk en houdt overzicht wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en zoekt tegelijk de samenwerking op.
  • Je weet dat een goede relatie met chauffeurs, klanten en collega’s elke dag het verschil maakt.
