Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApurar mensalmente/trimestralmente o IRPJ e a CSLL, no regime de Lucro Real, com responsabilidade pela execução ponta a ponta das rotinas, contemplando atividades operacionais e analíticas.Apurar mensalmente IRRF/CSRF/PIS/COFINS Retidos.Controlar e Apurar o IOF (operações financeiras) e cálculos de Transfer Pricing;Executar, revisar e validar a apuração dos tributos, garantindo correção nos cálculos, enquadramento adequado e aproveitamento correto de compensações, créditos e incentivos fiscais.Elaborar, revisar e transmitir obrigações acessórias, como ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) e REINF.Garantir que os dados declarados estejam em conformidade com a legislação vigente e as demonstrações contábeis.Conciliar as contas de IRPJ e CSLL no balanço (passivo, ativo e resultado).Analisar as variações, identificando riscos e propondo soluções, quando necessário.Monitorar mudanças na legislação tributária, instruções normativas, decisões da Receita Federal e julgados do CARF relacionados ao IRPJ e CSLL.Apoiar na orientação a outros setores sobre novas exigências, riscos e oportunidades tributárias.Analisar eventuais riscos e identificar oportunidades de economia fiscal e redução da carga tributária com foco no IRPJ e na CSLL, sempre dentro dos limites legais.Auxiliar em projetos de reorganização societária (fusões, aquisições, cisões) e demais operações societárias com impacto tributário.Preparar documentações e justificativas para auditorias internas, externas ou fiscalizações da Receita Federal.Acompanhar autos de infração e procedimentos fiscais ligados ao IRPJ e CSLL.Trabalhar conjuntamente e com muita sinergia com as equipes contábil, fiscal e jurídica para esclarecimentos de dúvidas, análise de casos específicos e definição de procedimentos.
