Con la expansión a nivel nacional e internacional de ALE-HOP, los equipos no paran de crecer y necesitamos reforzar nuestro departamento de Obras Singulares - Patrimonial. ¿Te sumas al reto?

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

  • Desarrollarás proyectos propios inmobiliarios, ello implicará la selección de los estudios de arquitectura, ingenierías y constructoras, control de plazos, seguimiento, coste y calidad.
  • Coordinarás las licencias, proyectos básicos y de ejecución.
  • Contactarás con ayuntamientos y organismos públicos.
  • Seguimiento de obra y análisis de la misma (planning, certificaciones, desviaciones, calidades, cambios, etc.).
  • Coordinación con el equipo para comunicar avances de los proyectos.

¿Qué necesitas para sumarte a este reto ?

- Grado en Arquitectura. Necesario estar colegiado/a.

- Experiencia minima de 3 años demostrable en empresas promotoras: residencial, hotelero, comercial o rehabilitación.

- Conocimiento de costes, mediciones, planning y licencias de la Comunidad Valenciana.
