The Growth Development Representative (GDR) drives Aledade's cohort-driven 1:many demand motion at the account level for Core accounts. Operating as an embedded member of a regional sales pod, the GDR exercises independent judgment to own account engagement strategy across an assigned book of accounts, execute cohort sales plays in partnership with Marketing and Network Development, and lead buying-group qualification and discovery in support of opportunity creation. The role requires substantive decision-making across account prioritization, outreach strategy, stakeholder mapping, and qualification with limited day-to-day oversight, and serves as Aledade's primary entry point for commercial talent into Network Development, Marketing, and Practice Transformation.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones.
