The posting

The Program Manager (Launch)is responsible for leading the program workstreams that guide partner practices through Aledade's onboarding journey to achieve sustained success in value-based care. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role structures, executes, and monitors assigned launch initiatives, establishing clear milestones and task structures aligned with overall program objectives to maintain project timelines. By leveraging data-driven governance and program discipline, the Program Manager ensures full transparency into launch progress and identifies potential roadblocks early. Core responsibilities include designing workstream operational frameworks, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively mitigating risks, and driving strategic alignment across Sales, Field, Implementation, and Product teams. The Program Manager facilitates cross-functional execution and directly oversees key launch deliverables to meet organizational goals. Combining strong organizational leadership with deep healthcare technology expertise, the ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments to advance Aledade's mission in value-based care.

Primary Duties

  • Launch Program Management: Plan and manage assigned launch workstreams from definition through close-out, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners. Build the program plan and task structure for each workstream, sequencing work by business priority, available resources, and dependencies. Maintain the workstream backlog and status in the team's tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Cloud Coach, Salesforce) so progress is visible without manual chasing. Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks early, with a proposed mitigation or options for the Sr. Director.
  • Goal Measurement & Analytics: Define and monitor KPIs that show whether launch goals are being met, including follow-through and milestone completion rates. Analyze program and practice-level data (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce reporting) to surface opportunities, risks, and trends, and turn them into actionable recommendations. Prepare clear, decision-ready status updates and reporting for Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners. Account for data-capture limitations and changes over time when reading trends, so decisions are not driven by reporting artifacts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align Product, Implementation, Field, Sales, and Support on shared launch priorities and clear handoffs. Navigate competing priorities across internal teams and practice stakeholders while keeping launch objectives in focus. Articulate the business case and rationale ("why") behind launch initiatives to leadership, internal teams, and practice-facing audiences. Apply working knowledge of value-based care and ACO models to connect launch work to Aledade's broader business goals.
  • AI-Enabled Operations & Process Support: Leverage automation and AI solutions to streamline reporting, minimize manual status tracking, and reduce operational overhead, sharing best practices across the team. Create and maintain standardized workstream templates, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to drive consistent program execution. Define operational guidelines and quality gates for AI-assisted workflows to ensure data accuracy, prevent tracking errors, and uphold long-term maintainability. Develop reusable prompt templates and workflow accelerators to empower the team and unlock capacity for high-impact program management. Proactively identify and propose process enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
  • Coaching & Thought Partnership: Support Implementation team members on program-level challenges and help them connect their work to launch goals. Translate complex operational and program concepts into clear, accessible guidance. Contribute to cross-team initiatives, including interviewing and onboarding, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field. Significant relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare (program management, project management, or a related field.).
  • Demonstrated track record of managing multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines.
  • Working knowledge of ambulatory EHR environments and how they affect clinical workflows and data exchange.
  • Proficiency with program and project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% to partner practices, cross-functional meetings, and Aledade headquarters as needed.

Preferred KSA’s

  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
  • Change management certification or formal training (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based delivery.
  • AI-assisted program management tools, automated reporting, or API-based system integration.
  • ACO or value-based care program experience, with understanding of Promoting Interoperability and quality measure reporting.
  • Track record of influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Enterprise Project Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the end-to-end implementation process for high-value enterprise accounts, specifically within a SaaS or professional services environment, ideally population health or value-based care tools.
  • Organizational Dynamics: Knowledge of how to navigate complex corporate structures, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and blockers within large-scale healthcare or legal practices (or similar professional verticals).
  • Conflict Resolution Methodologies: Understanding of various strategies to manage competing priorities and resolve friction between internal product/engineering teams and external client expectations.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate complex project statuses, technical requirements, and value propositions to diverse audiences, ranging from C-suite executives to end-user administrative staff.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Skilled at gaining buy-in for project timelines and process changes, ensuring that both the client and the internal delivery teams remain aligned on the scope of work.
  • Expectation Management: Expert at setting realistic milestones and proactively communicating potential risks or delays to maintain trust and transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot communication styles and project strategies quickly based on the specific culture, needs, and feedback of different enterprise stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure a unified front is presented to the client, ensuring all stakeholder needs are met without compromising internal resources.
  • EHR Ecosystem Standards: Familiarity with the technical and operational requirements for deploying third-party insights within EHR environments (ideally EpicCare Ambulatory), including an understanding of how these integrations impact clinical workflows and provider experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required (approximately 10-25%).
  • Environment: Extensive use of computers and keyboards; sitting for prolonged periods.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
