Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning potentially challenging situations into positive experiences. Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer journey. ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Member Solutions Representative, these skills are essential for success: Requirements: Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted. Abilities: Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Location: Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Compensation Range: $13.51 - $22.98 Alegeus may use AI technology during candidate interviews. The uses include recording, note-taking, and summarizing candidate interviews.
