¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

-Gestión de inventario: control de stock, realización de pedidos, recepción y clasificación de mercancías, y reposición en la tienda.

-Caja: realizarás cobros y participarás en la apertura y cierre, ofreciendo una atención cercana y cuidando cada detalle para que la experiencia termine con una sonrisa.

-Limpieza: cuidarás cada rincón para que la tienda esté siempre limpia, organizada y lista para recibir a nuestros clientes.

-Atención al cliente: escucharás, asesorarás y animarás a cada cliente a descubrir e interactuar con nuestros productos, creando una experiencia de compra divertida.

-Supervisión de tienda: asegurar la correcta presentación de los productos en la tienda, la limpieza y el orden, y la correcta implementación de la estrategia de merchandising.

-Gestión de personal: selección, formación, evaluación del desempeño y supervisión del equipo de ventas y otros empleados de la tienda.

-Seguimiento de objetivos: análisis de los indicadores de rendimiento de la tienda y ajuste de las estrategias para lograr los objetivos de ventas y otros objetivos de la empresa.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

-Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, ventas o puestos similares.

-Actitud cercana, positiva y ganas de aportar buen ambiente al equipo. Agilidad y energía para seguir el ritmo de una tienda dinámica. Iniciativa para anticiparte, ayudar y buscar soluciones en el día a día. Orientación comercial y facilidad para conectar con los clientes.

-Vehículo propio y carné de conducir o proximidad al puesto de trabajo.

-Amplia disponibilidad para realizar horarios rotativos de lunes a domingo

-Contrato indefinido con jornada 40 horas de lunes a domingo en turnos rotativos (con el descanso legalmente establecido).

-40 horas semanales: desde 1.700€ hasta 1.800€ brutos al mes, con complementos por domingos, festivos y nocturnidad.
