Detrás de cada producto que llega a nuestras tiendas hay un equipo logístico que trabaja con organización, coordinación y atención al detalle.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

📦 Darás soporte a los procesos de devolución y logística inversa

🗂️ Clasificación de la mercancía: colocarás los productos correctamente y mantendrás tu zona de trabajo limpia y ordenada para facilitar una operativa ágil.

🤝 Trabajo en equipo: colaborarás con el resto de HOPers para cumplir las prioridades diarias y conseguir que cada pedido llegue a nuestras tiendas a tiempo.

🦺 Calidad y seguridad: seguirás los procedimientos establecidos y velarás por el cumplimiento de nuestros estándares de prevención, calidad y seguridad.

¿Qué necesitas para sumarte a este reto ?

🎓 Graduado en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria o formación equivalente.

📦 Al menos un año de experiencia profesional. Valoraremos especialmente la experiencia previa en almacén, logística, preparación de pedidos o puestos similares.

🚜 Carné de carretillero/a en vigor.

⚡ Agilidad, responsabilidad y capacidad para mantener un buen ritmo de trabajo.

🤝 Actitud colaborativa y compromiso con el equipo.

🦺 Atención al detalle y respeto por los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad.

🔄 Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.

¿Listo/a para descubrir la experiencia HOPer?

📄 Contrato de 40 horas semanales.

🕒 Turnos fijo de lunes a viernes: 08:00h a 17:00h.

💰 Salario de 1.700 € brutos mensuales, más los complementos por domingos, festivos y nocturnidad cuando correspondan.
