Vad rollen innebär

Som teknikinformatör hos Aleido kommer du att:

  • Samla in, analysera, strukturera och producera teknisk information för våra kunders produkter.
  • Driva dokumentations- och kundprojekt tillsammans med kollegor och säkerställa att leveranser är konsekventa, uppdaterade och lättillgängliga.
  • Kartlägga kunders produkter och behov, och vidareutveckla deras informationsstruktur.
  • Stötta våra kunder i deras digitaliseringsresa och bidra med förbättringsförslag kring informationslösningar och arbetssätt.

På Aleido arbetar vi med att överbrygga klyftan mellan teknik och människor inom flera branscher så som försvar, industri och Medtech och därför finns det en variation i de uppdrag och roller som vi arbetar med.

Vem du är

Vi söker dig som trivs med att sätta dig in i projekt och tekniker som är under ständig utveckling. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:

  • Några års erfarenhet som teknikinformatör.
  • Vana att arbeta i XML-baserade verktyg.
  • Erfarenhet av topic-baserat skrivande.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med CCMS.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  • Erfarenhet av S1000D och STE är meriterande

Som person är du strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att förenkla komplex information. Du trivs i konsultrollen, tar ansvar för ditt eget arbete och uppskattar samarbeten med många kontaktytor. Du har ett genuint teknikintresse och håller dig gärna uppdaterad kring nya arbetssätt och teknologier, till exempel AI.
