Vi söker nu två teamledare till vårt växande team i Åkersberga. Rollen passar dig som vill kombinera arbete nära kunderna med ledarskap och samordning, och som vill ta ett tydligt steg vidare i ansvar inom hemtjänsten.

Tjänstgöring och anställningsvillkor

Tjänstgöring: måndag–fredag samt var tredje helg (inkl. röda dagar) Arbetstider: 07.00–15.30 Anställningsform: tillsvidareanställning med 6 månaders provanställning Startdatum: enligt överenskommelse Arbetsplats: du utgår från vårt kontor i Åkersberga och arbetar inom Österåkers kommun.

Arbetsuppgifter – Vad kommer du att göra?

Som teamledare hos oss har du en kombinerad roll med både omvårdnadsarbete, ledarskap och administrativa uppgifter:

  • Arbetsledning & stöd i vardagen – vara en närvarande och trygg kontakt för medarbetarna samt stötta i det dagliga arbetet
  • Praktiskt omsorgsarbete – arbeta ute hos kunder och vara en förebild i bemötande, kvalitet och professionalism
  • Planering & uppstarter – delta vid uppstart av nya insatser och säkerställa att kundernas behov möts på ett tryggt sätt
  • Dokumentation & administration – hantera löpande dokumentation och enklare uppföljningar i nära samarbete med enhetschef
  • Kvalitet & arbetsmiljö – bidra till struktur, rutiner och ett gott arbetsklimat
  • Teamkultur & sammanhållning – skapa tillit, samarbete och arbetsglädje i teamet
  • Trygghetslarm – snabbt bemöta akuta behov hos kunder som larmat. Vi arbetar på uppdrag av Österåkers kommun och ansvarar för både sedvanliga hemtjänstuppgifter och hantering av trygghetslarm mellan kl. 07.00-22.30. Det innebär ett omväxlande uppdrag med både planerade och mer akuta insatser.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är engagerad och vill ta en ledande roll inom hemtjänsten:

  • Undersköterskeutbildning (KRAV) – du har utbildning och gärna skyddad yrkestitel samt erfarenhet från hemtjänst
  • Vård- och omsorgserfarenhet – du har arbetat nära kunder i deras vardag
  • Naturlig ledare – du har erfarenhet av att samordna, stötta eller leda andra i vardagen
  • God svenska i tal och skrift – du kan kommunicera tydligt och dokumentera professionellt
  • B-körkort (KRAV) – du är en trygg och van bilförare
  • Ansvarstagande, prestigelös och lösningsorienterad – du tar initiativ, behåller lugnet i stressade situationer och samarbetar väl med andra
  • Digitalt van – du arbetar obehindrat i digitala system och dokumentation
