Aleo Omsorg är ett familjeägt företag grundat 2017 och som bedriver verksamheter i Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm och Oxelösund. I dagsläget driver vi verksamhet inom områdena Hemtjänst, boendestöd och hemservice.

Vi arbetar för en så hög personalkontinuitet som möjligt i vår planering. På kontoret har vi administrativ personal som planerar medarbetare och kunder i flera olika geografiska områden.

Våra medarbetare är undersköterskor, vårdbiträden och servicepersonal. Vi har moderna miljövänliga el-hybridbilar, arbetskläder, friskvårdsbidrag och arbetar modernt med digitala system för arbetsscheman och kundinsatser. Vi har kollektivavtal via Fremia. Samtliga medarbetare är försäkrade under sin anställning och erbjuds tjänstepension.
