We are scaling our team in Nairobi and looking for a motivated Client Partner to help take Aleph in Kenya to the next level. This is a digital advertising sales role for someone who enjoys new business development, consultative selling, and building relationships with performance agencies and key merchants. You will join a team that has already built something real, and that now has the momentum, clients, and foundations to grow further. You will work across multiple leading advertising platforms in an international, fast-paced environment where your contribution has real visibility and impact.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and building your own pipeline.
  • Advise and build relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants, helping them get the most from multiple advertising platforms.
  • Lead client pitches and sales conversations.
  • Take ownership of sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively solving challenges and ensuring long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Help shape and execute the local go-to-market strategy in Kenya.

What We Are Looking For

  • Around 3 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales. An agency, platform, or direct sales background is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the Kenyan digital advertising ecosystem, with good connections in the local market.
  • Comfort managing your own sales process and working independently to hit targets.
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in Swahili is an advantage.
