Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.

With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them

This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.

The position will be based at the Warsaw office with a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do

  • Tech project management: Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
  • LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash): Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud): Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
  • System integration: Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
  • Data integrity & reporting: Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
  • Website support: Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
  • Compliance & security: Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
  • Campaign execution: Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
  • Landing pages & lead capture: Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
  • Tracking & attribution: Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
  • Lifecycle & retention automation: Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
  • Martech stack & compliance: Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
  • AI for marketing: Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
  • Specification writing & QA: Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
  • Documentation: Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
  • Cross-functional project leadership: Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
  • AI builder mindset: Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
  • Tool development: Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
  • Exploration & evaluation: Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
  • AI project ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
  • Responsible use: Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.

What You Need For This Role

  • You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
  • You are genuinely curious about AI and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
  • You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
  • You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
  • You understand marketing funnels and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
  • You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
  • Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.

What Will Make Us Really Love You

  • You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
  • You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
  • You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.

What You’ll Love About Us

  • We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
  • Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
  • Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
  • We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
  • Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
  • At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is PLN 140,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
