En Alephoo nos encontramos en un proceso de expansión internacional. Este año ya estamos presentes en decenas de centros médicos, clínicas y hospitales en 6 países de Latinoamérica.

Buscamos una persona que tenga ganas de sumarse a un equipo repleto de desafíos y con energía para seguir escalando el crecimiento.

Necesitamos a alguien que nos ayude a continuar creciendo globalmente llevando las metas al siguiente nivel.

Qué desafíos te esperan:

  • Adquirir nuevos leads por medio de prospección y técnicas de Growth Hacking.
  • Ser responsable del proceso de ventas hasta el cierre de estas.
  • Assesment y armado de la solución identificando los nuevos desafíos del cliente que pueden ser resueltos por las soluciones de Alephoo.
  • Participar en la definición y ejecución de la agresiva estrategia de crecimiento en los actuales y nuevos mercados. (proceso de expansión global)
  • Participar activamente de la estrategia de comunicación.
  • Definir e implementar un set de indicadores apropiados para el embudo de ventas.
  • Seguimiento de tendencias, oportunidades del mercado e inteligencia comercial.
  • Hacer un seguimiento estratégico de las cuentas para asegurar la retención y el apropiado flujo del negocio.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con operaciones, tecnología y customer succes para alinear las necesidades del cliente y el enfoque de la solución.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimiento de procesos de salud digital.
  • Espíritu competitivo y enfocado en metas.
  • Alta capacidad para comunicar, adaptación, empatía e inteligencia emocional.
  • Energía y visión para llevar las cosas más allá de donde parece posible a simple vista.
  • Capacidad para realizar el cierre de ventas y entender profundamente al cliente.
  • Posibilidad de viajar a realizar cierres y assesments en otros países /regiones.
