OVERVIEW

Alera Group is looking for an Insurance Office Receptionist. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for in-person clients and by answering and directing incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional experience
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail efficiently
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude, polished appearance, resourceful, proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Experience with Applied Epic is a plus!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the Needham, MA office.

Salary range is $48,000 to $52,000 per year.
