Die AG ist ein Familienunternehmen in Schlieren. Wir sind in den Bereichen Umzug, Transport, Lagerung und Speziallogistik tätig.

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unsere Personaladministration selbstständig betreut und in der Buchhaltung mitarbeitet.

HR\- und Finanzadministration (m/w) 100 %

Personal

  • Selbstständiges Führen der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnisse und weitere Personaldokumente
  • Unterstützung bei der Lohnadministration
  • Betreuung der Sozialversicherungen sowie Bearbeitung von Meldungen und Abrechnungen
  • Verwaltung von Ferien, Krankheit, Unfall und weitere Abwesenheiten
  • Bearbeitung von Bewerbungen, Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Organisation für die Einführung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Personaldaten im Abacus

Buchhaltung und Administration

  • Mitarbeit im Kreditorenmanagement, insbesondere Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit im Debitorenmanagement, insbesondere Überwachung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Führung und Kontrolle der Kasse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Treuhandpartnern
  • Übernahme weiterer administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich und/oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren HR\-Funktion sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus HR oder eine ausgeprägte IT\-Affinität
  • Kenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Infoniqa (Sage) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet und an der Zusammenarbeit in einem KMU
