Jobomschrijving

Als medewerker huishoudelijke dienst zorg je voor een nette en veilige omgeving voor bewoners, bezoekers en collega’s. Je hebt daarbij oog voor de persoonlijke leefruimte en het comfort van bewoners. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Dagelijks onderhoud: je maakt de bewonerskamers, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, burelen en gangen schoon. Je werkt discreet en houdt rekening met de aanwezigheid en gewoonten van bewoners.
  • Periodieke schoonmaak: je voert grotere onderhoudsbeurten uit volgens een duidelijke planning.
  • Hygiëne en veiligheid: je volgt de afgesproken hygiënestandaarden en procedures binnen de ouderenzorg nauwgezet op.
  • Zorgvuldig materiaalgebruik: je gaat correct en veilig om met schoonmaakmiddelen, materialen en machines.

Je haalt voldoening uit een verzorgde omgeving en hebt aandacht voor de mensen die er wonen en werken. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Zelfstandig en collegiaal: je organiseert je werk zelfstandig en stemt vlot af met collega’s. Je helpt waar nodig en draagt bij aan een aangename werksfeer.

  • Duidelijke communicatie: je begrijpt Nederlandstalige instructies goed en kan vlot communiceren met bewoners en collega’s.
  • Flexibele inzet: je bent bereid om volgens een beurtrol ook op zaterdag te werken, ongeveer één zaterdag op vijf.
