Jobomschrijving

Als zorgkundige tijdens de nachtdienst draag je bij aan een veilige, rustige en comfortabele nacht voor bewoners. Je biedt de nodige verzorging en ondersteuning, hebt aandacht voor hun persoonlijke gewoonten en merkt op wanneer iemand extra zorg of nabijheid nodig heeft.

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen je bevoegdheden en maakt deel uit van een betrokken zorgteam.

Wat houdt je functie in?

  • Persoonlijke verzorging: je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun nachtelijke zorgbehoeften en biedt verzorging op maat, met respect voor hun privacy en zelfstandigheid.
  • Rust en comfort: je hebt aandacht voor het welzijn van bewoners, biedt ondersteuning wanneer nodig en draagt bij aan een rustige en veilige nachtomgeving.
  • Observatie en signalering: je merkt veranderingen in de lichamelijke of mentale toestand van bewoners op en geeft belangrijke informatie tijdig door aan de verpleegkundige.
  • Zelfstandig en zorgvuldig werken: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken, handelt binnen je bevoegdheden en volgt de gemaakte afspraken en procedures.
  • Rapportering en overdracht: je registreert relevante informatie nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht aan de collega's van de dagploeg.
  • Flexibele inzetbaarheid: je werkt op verschillende afdelingen van het woonzorgcentrum en neemt ook weekenddiensten op.

We zoeken een zorgkundige die warme, persoonsgerichte zorg combineert met verantwoordelijkheidszin. Je voelt je thuis in de ouderenzorg, werkt graag 's nachts en hebt aandacht voor wat elke bewoner nodig heeft.

  • Diploma en visum: je beschikt over een diploma zorgkundige en een geldig visum.
  • Hart voor ouderen: je hebt oprechte interesse in de leefwereld van ouderen en houdt rekening met hun persoonlijke levensverhaal, gewoonten en zorgnoden.
  • Affiniteit met nachtwerk: je werkt graag 's nachts en voelt je comfortabel bij het specifieke ritme en de verantwoordelijkheid van nachtdiensten.
  • Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin: je werkt zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief binnen je bevoegdheden en weet wanneer je ondersteuning moet inschakelen.
  • Rust en geduld: je blijft kalm bij onverwachte situaties en biedt bewoners ook op moeilijke momenten een vertrouwde aanwezigheid.
  • Samenwerking en communicatie: je stemt vlot af met collega's, signaleert bijzonderheden tijdig en communiceert duidelijk en respectvol.
  • Flexibele houding: je bent bereid om op verschillende afdelingen en tijdens weekends te werken.
