Om stillingen Vi søker en dyktig og strukturert HMSK ingeniør, som får hovedansvaret for oppfølging og videreutvikling av HMSK-arbeidet ved Framo Fusa.

Stillingen inngår i HMSK-teamet i Framo Fusa AS og byr på en variert og meningsfull arbeidshverdag.

Du vil være en viktig bidragsyter i utviklingen av HMSK standarden og i realiseringen av selskapets målsettinger innen helse, miljø, sikkerhet og kvalitet.

Ansvarsområder

  • Være pådriver for utvikling, gjennomføring og oppfølging av selskapets HMSK-handlingsplaner
  • Bistå i risikovurderinger, sikker jobbanalyser og kontinuerlige forbedringstiltak
  • Utarbeide og vedlikeholde sikker jobb prosedyrer, prosedyrer, instrukser og rutiner
  • Bidra i forbedringsinitiativ på systemer som benyttes innen HMSK arbeidet
  • Oppfølging og håndtering av stoffkartotek (EcoOnline), inklusiv substitusjon for Framo Fusa
  • Håndtering av regelmessig miljørapportering internt og eksternt
  • Aktivt bidra til en sterk sikkerhetskultur og høy kvalitet i alle ledd

Kvalifikasjoner og egenskaper

  • Relevant ingeniørutdanning på bachelor- eller masternivå
  • Erfaring fra HMSK-arbeid, gjerne innen maritim sektor og/eller olje- og gassindustrien
  • God kjennskap til gjeldende lovverk, forskrifter og krav
  • Kompetanse innen kjemi og miljø, samt kjennskap til ISO 14001 og 45001
  • Fremragende kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
  • Evne til å motivere og involvere andre
  • Initiativrik, strukturert og målbevisst med sterk gjennomføringsevne
