Deine Aufgaben Du verstehst, wie Maschinen funktionieren, und weisst gleichzeitig, worauf es im kaufmännischen Tagesgeschäft ankommt? Dann bringst du genau die Kombination mit, die wir suchen. Im Verkaufsinnendienst bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen. Du erstellst Angebote, bearbeitest Bestellungen und kümmerst dich um die dazugehörigen Rechnungen und Lieferscheine. Darüber hinaus holst du Informationen und Offerten bei Lieferanten ein, erstellst Laufzeitverträge und kontrollierst resp. verarbeitest die eingehenden Rapporte. Dabei behältst du den Überblick über die laufenden Aufträge und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine zuverlässige und effiziente Abwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung oder Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Verständnis für CNC\-Maschinen sowie für Fertigungsverfahren wie Drehen, Fräsen und Programmieren
  • Kaufmännische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im technischen Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie Kenntnisse in Englisch und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
