In ottica di potenziamento, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Trainee - Junior Consultant da inserire nel Team Politiche Attive per la sede di Milano.

Sarai seguito/a da un tutor e avrai modo di vedere da vicino tutte le attività legate alle Politiche Attive per avere una formazione a 360 gradi con un focus sulla formazione, occupandoti in prima persona della progettazione e organizzazione dei corsi di formazione finanziati da Regione Lombardia.

Potrai formarti e occuparti di:

- Organizzazione corsi di formazione: Supporto della definizione del programma formativo, individuazione argomenti e aree dove sviluppare la formazione.

- Promozione e Scouting: Diffusione dell’offerta formativa e ricerca attiva di potenziali corsisti.

- Gestione dei corsi: Inserimento partecipanti in aula, monitoraggio del corso di formazione e supporto per gli iscritti.

- Back-office e Amministrazione: Gestione della documentazione necessaria per l’adesione al percorso di politica attiva, utilizzo portali Regionali e Nazionali.

- Relazioni Istituzionali: Contatto con i Centri per l'Impiego e altri enti del territorio per il monitoraggio dell’attivazione della politica attiva.

Requirements

Cosa richiediamo?

- Laurea (conseguita o in corso) in Discipline Umanistiche, Scienze della Formazione, Psicologia, Giurisprudenza o Economia.

- Buon utilizzo del PC e del pacchetto Office

- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali

- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e priorità

- Ottima gestione del tempo e risorse
