ALI Professional – Divisione D&I ricerca, con carattere di urgenza, una risorsa appartenente alle Categorie Protette ai sensi dell’art. 1 della Legge 68/99 da inserire presso un’importante catena alberghiera situata nel centro di Venezia.

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team operativo dell’hotel e si occuperà di attività di facchinaggio e supporto ai servizi della struttura, contribuendo a garantire ordine, efficienza e un’accoglienza di qualità agli ospiti.

Mansioni principali

  • Trasporto e movimentazione di bagagli e materiali all’interno della struttura.
  • Supporto agli ospiti nelle fasi di arrivo e partenza, secondo le procedure dell’hotel.
  • Riordino e sistemazione degli spazi comuni e delle aree di servizio.
  • Trasporto e distribuzione di materiali e forniture ai diversi reparti.
  • Collaborazione con il personale dell’hotel per le esigenze operative quotidiane.

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi dell’art. 1 della Legge 68/99.
  • Preferibile esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli operativi, nel facchinaggio o nel settore alberghiero.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team.
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei weekend.

Benefits

  • CCNL Turismo.
  • RAL indicativa: 23.000–25.000 €
  • Ticket restaurant da 8 € per ogni giornata lavorata.
  • Possibilità di valutare inserimenti part-time o full-time.
  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, finalizzato all’inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
  • Orario di lavoro su turni, con disponibilità nei weekend.
