ALI Professional – Divisione D&I ricerca, con carattere di urgenza, una risorsa appartenente alle Categorie Protette ai sensi dell’art. 1 della Legge 68/99 da inserire nel team back office di un’importante catena alberghiera situata a Bologna.

La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività organizzative e amministrative legate alla gestione degli eventi e delle prenotazioni, contribuendo al buon funzionamento dei processi interni e alla qualità del servizio offerto agli ospiti.

Mansioni principali

  • Supporto nella gestione delle prenotazioni e nell'aggiornamento dei dati nei sistemi aziendali.
  • Inserimento e verifica delle informazioni relative a clienti, ospiti ed eventi.
  • Supporto organizzativo nella pianificazione e gestione degli eventi.
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni via e-mail e supporto nelle attività di back office.
  • Archiviazione e aggiornamento della documentazione.
  • Collaborazione con i diversi reparti della struttura per garantire una gestione efficace delle richieste.

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi dell’art. 1 della Legge 68/99.
  • Preferibile esperienza, anche breve, in attività di back office, segreteria, prenotazioni o supporto organizzativo.
  • Buona dimestichezza con il PC e i principali strumenti informatici

Benefits

  • CCNL Turismo.
  • RAL indicativa: 23.000–25.000 €
  • Ticket restaurant da 8 € per ogni giornata lavorata.
  • Possibilità di valutare inserimenti part-time o full-time.
  • Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, finalizzato all’inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
  • Orario di lavoro da definire in base alle esigenze della struttura, con eventuale disponibilità nei weekend.
