Ali Professional, la divisione di ALI Lavoro specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati e parte di W Group, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore turistico, specializzata nell'organizzazione di viaggi ed esperienze su misura per clientela internazionale, una figura di Addetto/a Organizzazione Viaggi e Tour.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di una realtà dinamica e specializzata nel turismo incoming, occupandosi dell'organizzazione e della gestione operativa di viaggi e tour sul territorio italiano — rivolti principalmente a clienti e operatori internazionali — nonché dello sviluppo commerciale, attraverso la ricerca di nuovi clienti, la gestione dei contatti e la formulazione delle relative quotazioni.

La posizione rappresenta un'opportunità per chi desidera sviluppare le proprie competenze nell'ambito del travel planning, contribuendo alla realizzazione di esperienze di viaggio personalizzate e curate in ogni dettaglio.

Principali responsabilità

  • Organizzazione e gestione operativa di viaggi e tour in Italia, dalla pianificazione degli itinerari alla gestione delle prenotazioni e della logistica.
  • Coordinamento e contatto con i fornitori coinvolti nell'organizzazione dei servizi, tra cui strutture ricettive, trasporti e guide turistiche.
  • Sviluppo commerciale, ricerca di nuovi clienti, formulazione delle quotazioni.
  • Gestione delle richieste dei clienti e supporto nell'individuazione delle soluzioni più adatte alle loro esigenze.
  • Supporto alle attività amministrative e organizzative legate alla gestione dei viaggi.
  • Collaborazione con il team per garantire la corretta pianificazione e realizzazione delle esperienze proposte.
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte occasionali, ad esempio per partecipare a fiere di settore o verificare direttamente la qualità dei tour e dei servizi offerti.

Requirements

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua francese, preferibilmente a livello C1/C2.
  • Buone capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e gestione delle priorità.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento alla qualità del servizio.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e al contatto con interlocutori internazionali.
  • Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare del pacchetto Office.
  • Interesse e preferibile esperienza nel settore turistico e motivazione a crescere professionalmente nell'ambito dell'organizzazione di viaggi.

Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità e desiderio di mettersi alla prova in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.
