Il polo tecnologico interno conta oltre 120 professionisti suddivisi in team specializzati tra sviluppo software, R&D, DevOps, Operations e Design.

Per il potenziamento dell'area di Intelligenza Artificiale ricerchiamo un/una AI Engineer con una solida preparazione nello sviluppo software backend e nell'integrazione di modelli AI in contesti enterprise. La persona selezionata lavorerà con un approccio AI as a Service, ( è gradita una esperienza in questa ottica di servizio piuttosto che da data scientist), seguendo l'intero ciclo di vita applicativo (progettazione, deploy, monitoraggio e manutenzione) su infrastrutture cloud e on-premise, con particolare focus su Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, OCR e gestione documentale semantica.

Responsibilities

  • Analizzare i requisiti di business e tradurli in architetture software scalabili e pipeline AI ad alta affidabilità.
  • Progettare, sviluppare e ottimizzare servizi backend e API di inferenza per modelli di Machine Learning e Deep Learning.
  • Gestire il deployment, la configurazione e il monitoraggio continuo dei servizi su cloud Microsoft Azure e ambienti on-premise.
  • Valutare i trade-off tecnici e architetturali tra tempi di rilascio, costi computazionali, latenza e manutenibilità.
  • Garantire elevati standard di qualità del codice attraverso refactoring, testing automatizzato, code review e strumenti di osservabilità/logging.
  • Collaborare alla definizione delle best practice interne e redigere documentazione tecnica, analisi di fattibilità e PoC a supporto dei team di sviluppo e dei Product Owner.

Requirements

Titolo di studio: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Data Science, AI, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica o percorsi affini.

Esperienza: Dai 4 ai 6 anni di esperienza in ruoli quali AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer o MLOps Engineer.

Competenze Tecniche Fondamentali:

  • Ottima padronanza di Python e dei principi di architettura software backend.
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione end-to-end di progetti AI: sviluppo di API REST, validazione del dato, unit/integration testing e monitoraggio in produzione.
  • Conoscenza pratica di framework ML/DL (preferibilmente PyTorch).
  • Competenza su database relazionali e linguaggio SQL.

Cloud & Tools: Esperienza operativa su cloud Microsoft Azure, Git, pipeline CI/CD e configurazione d'ambiente.

Competenze Trasversali & Lingue:

  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, accuratezza e orientamento al risultato.
  • Ottime doti comunicative e attitudine al dialogo costruttivo con stakeholder tecnici e di business.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana (livello C1 o superiore). Requisiti preferenziali (Nice to have):
  • Competenze su NLP, embedding, database vettoriali, motori di ricerca semantica, architetture RAG e gestione/serving di LLM (anche on-premise).
  • Utilizzo di framework per l'inferenza e il serving di modelli come FastAPI o LitServe.
  • Familiarità con strumenti MLOps e monitoring (es. MLflow, LakeFS, Azure DevOps).
  • Conoscenza di OpenShift, container orchestration e strumenti IaC (Terraform).
  • Nozioni di sviluppo backend con tecnologia .NET / C#.
  • Dimestichezza con la redazione di Architecture Decision Records (ADR).
