ALI PROFESSIONAL ricerca, per importante realtà operante nel settore dei servizi ambientali, una figura da inserire nel ruolo di Coordinatore/trice operativo servizi ambientali.

Attività principali

  • coordinamento delle officine esterne per la programmazione e la gestione delle manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie del parco mezzi;
  • verifica di preventivi, tempistiche e corretta esecuzione degli interventi;
  • gestione delle pratiche di sinistro, dalla raccolta della documentazione al monitoraggio delle attività con compagnie assicurative e broker;
  • pianificazione e monitoraggio dei servizi di sfalcio e potatura, con verifica dell'avanzamento lavori e predisposizione della relativa reportistica;
  • supporto nella gestione delle segnalazioni operative e verifica della loro risoluzione;

Requisiti

  • esperienza in ruoli analoghi dedicati alla gestione di flotte aziendali, al coordinamento delle manutenzioni o alla gestione di sinistri.
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'esperienza maturata nei servizi ambientali o nella manutenzione del verde.
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare dei fogli di calcolo e dei software gestionali.
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e gestione delle priorità.

Cosa offriamo

  • Inserimento iniziale di 5 mesi con possibilità di stabilizzazione;
  • RAL 30.000

Orario di lavoro: 38 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì con fascia ordinaria 06:00-14:00. È richiesta flessibilità oraria in funzione delle esigenze operative.
