Per una multinazionale leader nel settore farmaceutico, siamo alla ricerca di un Cybersecurity Manager.

La risorsa guiderà la definizione, l'implementazione e il monitoraggio delle strategie di sicurezza informatica aziendali. Avrà la responsabilità di proteggere i dati critici, l'infrastruttura IT e gli ambienti operativi industriali (OT/ICS), garantendo la conformità agli standard di gruppo e alle normative internazionali di settore (es. GxP, FDA/EMA, NIS2, ISO 27001).

Responsabilità principali

  • Strategia e Governance: Definire e aggiornare le policy, le linee guida e le procedure di sicurezza informatica a livello di sito, coordinandosi con le linee guida della casa madre.
  • Sicurezza IT & OT: Valutare e mitigare i rischi sia sull'infrastruttura IT tradizionale (reti, cloud, endpoint) sia sui sistemi di automazione e controllo industriale (SCADA, PLC, reti di produzione).
  • Incident Response & Gestione delle Crisi: Coordinare le attività di monitoraggio delle minacce, vulnerabilità e gestione degli incidenti di sicurezza in collaborazione con i SOC/CERT aziendali.
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance: Condurre audit periodici e analisi dei rischi; supportare le verifiche di conformità normativa e di qualità (Data Integrity, privacy/GDPR, normative Pharma).
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Security: Monitorare e valutare il livello di rischio cyber introdotto da fornitori terzi, partner tecnologici e contratti di manutenzione.
  • Security Awareness: Promuovere la cultura della sicurezza aziendale attraverso programmi di formazione e sensibilizzazione rivolti a tutto il personale.

Requirements

Formazione: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica/delle Telecomunicazioni, o percorso equivalente.

Esperienza: Almeno 5–7 anni di esperienza maturata in ruoli di Information/Cyber Security, preferibilmente all'interno di realtà multinazionali strutturate o contesti industriali/manifatturieri complessi.

Conoscenze tecniche:

  • Approfondita conoscenza dei principali framework di sicurezza (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISA/IEC 62443 per l'OT).
  • Familiarità con tematiche di Data Integrity e requisiti regolatori tipici dei settori regolamentati (es. Pharma/GxP/FDA 21 CFR Part 11) o forte motivazione ad apprenderli.

Certificazioni (gradite): CISSP, CISM, CISA, o certificazioni orientate alla sicurezza industriale (es. GICSP).

Lingue: Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata), necessaria per l'interazione quotidiana con i team globali.

Soft Skills: Ottime doti di leadership, orientamento al problem solving, capacità di project management e abilità nel comunicare concetti tecnici a interlocutori non tecnici.
