Ali Professional ricerca, per un importante Data Center Campus situato nell’area metropolitana di Milano, professionisti tecnici da inserire all’interno del team Critical Facilities & Maintenance.

Dietro ogni servizio cloud, piattaforma digitale o applicazione esiste un’infrastruttura complessa che deve garantire continuità operativa 24/7, sicurezza ed efficienza.

Ed è proprio qui che entra in gioco il Maintenance Team.

Cerchiamo tecnici capaci di lavorare su infrastrutture critiche, individuare anomalie, prevenire problemi e intervenire con metodo e tempestività.

Non è indispensabile provenire dal mondo Data Center.

Se hai costruito solide competenze tecniche in altri contesti industriali, questo potrebbe essere il momento giusto per portarle in un nuovo settore.

YOUR ROLE

Come Data Center Maintenance Technician entrerai nel team responsabile della continuità operativa e della manutenzione delle infrastrutture tecniche del Campus.

Ti occuperai principalmente di:

  • eseguire attività di manutenzione preventiva, programmata e correttiva;
  • monitorare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti;
  • effettuare controlli e verifiche periodiche sulle infrastrutture tecniche;
  • individuare anomalie e supportare le attività di troubleshooting;
  • intervenire in caso di guasti secondo procedure e livelli di priorità definiti;
  • supportare la gestione degli impianti elettrici e meccanici;
  • verificare parametri, allarmi e performance degli impianti;
  • collaborare con Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, BMS e Operations Team;
  • coordinarsi con fornitori e manutentori esterni durante gli interventi specialistici;
  • registrare attività, anomalie e interventi attraverso la documentazione tecnica prevista;
  • contribuire al rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e delle procedure operative del Campus.

L’obiettivo?

Garantire che l’infrastruttura continui a funzionare. Sempre.

Requirements

YOUR TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Cerchiamo candidati con diploma tecnico o formazione equivalente, preferibilmente in ambito:

Elettrotecnico | Elettrico | Elettronico | Meccatronico | Meccanico | Termotecnico | Automazione

Potresti essere la persona giusta anche se oggi lavori come:

  • Maintenance Technician;
  • Manutentore Elettromeccanico;
  • Tecnico di manutenzione;
  • Facility Technician;
  • Tecnico impiantista;
  • Electrical Maintenance Technician;
  • Mechanical Maintenance Technician;
  • Service Technician.

Saranno particolarmente interessanti esperienze maturate in:

  • impianti industriali;
  • stabilimenti produttivi;
  • facility management;
  • infrastrutture tecnologiche;
  • logistica automatizzata;
  • energy;
  • telecomunicazioni;
  • building management;
  • ambienti produttivi a ciclo continuo.

L’esperienza precedente in Data Center rappresenta un plus, ma non è un requisito indispensabile.

WHAT WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Cerchiamo persone che abbiano:

  • buona capacità di lettura della documentazione tecnica;
  • conoscenze di base degli impianti elettrici e/o meccanici;
  • capacità di diagnosticare anomalie e malfunzionamenti;
  • approccio strutturato al problem solving;
  • attenzione alla sicurezza;
  • precisione nella gestione delle procedure;
  • capacità di lavorare in team;
  • disponibilità alla turnazione, dove prevista;
  • interesse a sviluppare competenze sulle Critical Facilities.

La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce un plus, soprattutto per la gestione di documentazione tecnica e l’interazione all’interno di un ambiente internazionale.

Benefits

WHAT WE OFFER? Inserimento: assunzione diretta presso l’azienda cliente.

RAL indicativa: €28.000 – €42.000, definita sulla base dell’esperienza e delle competenze tecniche maturate.

Il pacchetto complessivo potrà prevedere, in funzione del ruolo e dell’organizzazione aziendale:

  • indennità di turno;
  • eventuali maggiorazioni;
  • reperibilità, ove prevista;
  • welfare e benefit aziendali;
  • formazione tecnica specialistica;
  • percorsi di certificazione;
  • opportunità di crescita all’interno dell’organizzazione.

Per alcune funzioni sarà prevista attività su turni, coerentemente con la natura 24/7 delle infrastrutture Data Center.
