CFO - Direttore Finanziario

La risorsa inserita, a diretto riporto della Proprietà, avrà la responsabilità della direzione e supervisione dell'Ufficio Amministrativo, coordinando un team di 4 risorse. Si occuperà del presidio e dell'ottimizzazione dell'area Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo di Gestione di Gruppo, garantendo la corretta compliance societaria e il supporto strategico alla Proprietà.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Bilancio & Compliance: Redazione del bilancio di esercizio, del bilancio consolidato di Gruppo e dei bilanci mensili di verifica; garanzia della regolarità fiscale e degli adempimenti societari.
  • Controllo di Gestione & Pianificazione: Elaborazione di budget e business plan; predisposizione della reportistica direzionale e fornitura di analisi economiche, finanziarie e previsionali.
  • Contabilità Industriale: Supporto alla contabilità analitica e controllo dei costi di produzione industriale.
  • Finanza & Tesoreria: Gestione dei rapporti con gli Istituti di Credito, presidio e pianificazione dei flussi finanziari e della tesoreria, con la supervisione della Proprietà.
  • Relazioni Istituzionali & Consulenti: Gestione delle relazioni con Consulenti legali/fiscali, Collegio dei Revisori dei Conti, Collegio Sindacale ed Enti Pubblici (Dogane, Ufficio Imposte, IVA, Comune, ecc.).
  • Coordinamento Interfunzionale: Interfacciamento costante con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali e con le filiali estere di Gruppo.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Formazione: Laurea ad indirizzo Economico (Economia e Commercio, Economia Aziendale o affini).
  • Esperienza: Solida esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (CFO / Direttore AFC) maturata all'interno di realtà industriali strutturate (con preferenza per il settore metalmeccanico o della produzione complessa) dotate di filiali internazionali.
  • Background Audit: Fondamentale la provenienza iniziale da primaria società di Revisione dei Conti (Big 4 o primarie società di audit).
  • Competenze Tecniche:
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili nazionali (OIC) e internazionali (IFRS).
  • Buona padronanza del sistema gestionale AS400 (o ERP analoghi).
  • Conoscenza della contabilità industriale e analitica.
  • Competenze Linguistiche & Trasferte: Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per la gestione delle filiali estere e disponibilità a trasferte brevi (indicativamente 1 volta all'anno negli Stati Uniti/America).
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Spiccate doti di leadership, visione strategica, capacità di analisi e monitoraggio del team, flessibilità, spiccata attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra.

  • Pacchetto Retributivo (RAL): Indicativamente compreso tra € 50.000 ed € 75.000, in base alle competenze e all'autonomia del candidato.
