Ricerchiamo un/una FARMACISTA per importante realtà della Grande Distribuzione Organizzata. La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Corner Salute presente nei punti vendita del gruppo, contribuendo alla promozione del benessere dei clienti attraverso attività di consulenza professionale, dispensazione di farmaci e gestione del reparto.

La ricerca è rivolta sia a professionisti con esperienza sia a neolaureati interessati a intraprendere un percorso strutturato nel settore.

Responsabilità principali

  • Dispensare farmaci SOP e OTC nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.
  • Fornire consulenza qualificata ai clienti, orientandoli nella scelta dei prodotti più adeguati alle loro esigenze.
  • Gestire l'assortimento e la corretta esposizione dei prodotti del Corner Salute.
  • Monitorare le giacenze e contribuire all'ottimizzazione delle attività del reparto.
  • Garantire elevati standard di servizio e soddisfazione della clientela.
  • Collaborare con il team del punto vendita per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati.

Requirements

  • Laurea in Farmacia oppure in Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche (CTF).
  • Abilitazione alla professione e iscrizione all'Ordine dei Farmacisti regolarmente aggiornata.
  • Spiccato orientamento al cliente e capacità di ascolto.
  • Buone doti relazionali e comunicative.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, comprese domeniche e festivi a rotazione.
  • Disponibilità ad eventuali spostamenti sul territorio provinciale

Orario di lavoro

  • 40 ore settimanali.
  • Distribuzione dell'orario dal lunedì alla domenica.
  • 5 giorni lavorativi alla settimana.
