La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per le attività di accoglienza e supporto organizzativo, occupandosi della gestione del front office e di diverse attività di segreteria e back office.

Attività principali

  • Accoglienza e gestione del front office;
  • Gestione del centralino e smistamento delle telefonate;
  • Gestione della casella e-mail e smistamento della corrispondenza;
  • Invio di circolari e comunicazioni ai clienti;
  • Archiviazione documentale, stampa e gestione di libri e materiali professionali;
  • Gestione e approvvigionamento della cancelleria e dei materiali per l’ufficio;
  • Effettuazione di piccoli acquisti e commissioni per le necessità dell’ufficio.

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della L. 68/99;
  • Almeno un anno di esperienza in contesti aziendali o in ruoli di front office, segreteria o attività amministrative;
  • Buona conoscenza del PC e degli strumenti Office di base;
  • Buone capacità organizzative, precisione e affidabilità;
  • Buono standing e predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico;
  • Buone doti relazionali e capacità di gestione delle attività quotidiane;
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce un plus, ma non è un requisito indispensabile.

Benefits

  • Possibilità di inserimento sia part-time sia full-time;
  • Valutazione di un contratto a tempo indeterminato;
  • CCNL Studi Professionali, 14 mensilità;
  • Retribuzione indicativa compresa tra € 1.300 e € 1.500 netti mensili, da definire in base all’orario e al profilo;
  • Ticket restaurant del valore di € 6 per ogni giornata lavorata.

Orario e sede di lavoro

  • Dal lunedì al venerdì;
  • Lavoro esclusivamente in presenza, senza possibilità di smart working.
