Ali Professional ricerca con urgenza, per conto di una società specializzata nella gestione istruttoria dei mutui per un rinomato istituto bancario, una figura da inserire nell’area Perfezionamento Richieste Mutui.

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di attività operative e pratiche legate al perfezionamento delle richieste di mutuo, con particolare attenzione alla verifica e alla gestione della documentazione necessaria per completare correttamente le pratiche.

Attività principali

  • Gestione operativa delle pratiche di mutuo nella fase di perfezionamento;
  • Predisposizione, verifica e raccolta della documentazione necessaria, tra cui RNP, certificazioni del venditore e documentazione bancaria;
  • Gestione delle minute e della documentazione propedeutica al completamento delle pratiche;
  • Controllo della completezza e della correttezza dei documenti ricevuti;
  • Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento delle pratiche e gestione delle eventuali integrazioni documentali;
  • Attività di back office e aggiornamento degli archivi e dei sistemi gestionali;
  • Interfaccia con gli interlocutori coinvolti nel processo, tra cui istituti bancari, intermediari e studi notarili.

Requirements

  • Diploma di scuola superiore
  • Esperienza pregressa in attività di back office documentale, preferibilmente in ambito bancario, immobiliare, notarile o presso studi professionali;
  • Familiarità con la documentazione relativa a compravendite immobiliari e pratiche di mutuo;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e degli strumenti informatici;
  • Precisione, metodo e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Buone capacità organizzative e attitudine alla gestione di attività operative e scadenze.

  • Inquadramento al 4° livello del CCNL Commercio, range di Ral tra i 23 e i 25 K

Orario e sede di lavoro

  • Orario: full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9:00 alle 18:00; Lavoro in presenza, non è previsto smart working.
  • Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord
